Executive-level staff leading youth justice reform efforts need tools to track performance and have meaningful discussions with managers about the data in the sites they monitor.
How we helped:
- Developed a series of executive-level dashboards to support deep exploratory analysis of the state’s youth justice systems. Drill-down features, filters, and other interactive tools were included to allow users to dive deeper into the youth justice system.
Outcome:
- Dashboards allowed for data-informed approaches to creating strategies to advance youth justice reform in those sites.
- The ability to monitor system performance across the State initiative.
